今週のテーマは、アレルギーの季節に向けてのアドバイス。
私は「衣・食・住」（い・しょく・じゅう）が　頭に浮かびました。
This week's theme is advice for allergy season.
I thought of "food, clothing and shelter"

「衣」（い）
衣といえば、衣類（いるい）、洋服（ようふく）です。
２つ、質問をします。
I have two questions for you.

❶着ているものに　埃（ほこり）は　ついていませんか。
埃によって、アレルギー反応が　でやすいと　言われています。
コートなどに　埃が　ついている場合は、注意しましょう。
Is there any dust on what you are wearing?
It is said that dust can cause allergic reactions.
If there is dust on your coat, be careful.

❷着ているものは、天然繊維（てんねんせんい）ですか。
化学繊維（かがくせんい）の場合、痒く（かゆく）なって、
皮膚の　アレルギー反応が　出ることも　あると　言われています。
例えば、タオルは　直接　肌に　触れる（ふれる）ものなので　天然繊維が　おすすめです。
Are the items you are wearing natural fibers (natural fibers)?
Chemical fibers may cause itching.
It is said that it is possible to have an allergic reaction on the skin.
Natural fibers are recommended, especially for towels, as they come in direct contact with the skin.

私の　使っているバスタオル・フェイスタオルは「今治タオル」です。
「伊織（いおり）」というブランドを　使っています。
