Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson appointment?

You can always reschedule or cancel a lesson appointment from your MyPage.

However, there will be a penalty fee if you cancel or reschedule a lesson within 24 hours of the appointed time.

・Reschedule in less than 24 hours of the appointed lesson time 　　　　
You will be required to pay a penalty fee of 200 points (equal to 200 yen).
・Cancel in less than 24 hours of the appointed lesson time
　　　　Depending on the cancellation reason, the tutors may require half of the lesson fee or even the whole lesson fee to be paid to them. Every tutor is free to make this decision, so please use our messaging service to confirm that with the tutors.

Please rest assured that you will be refunded all your points if the reason of cancellation is not your fault.
