Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson appointment?
You can always reschedule or cancel a lesson request from your MyPage.
However, there will be a penalty fee if you cancel or reschedule a lesson within 24 hours of the appointed time.
- Reschedule in less than 24 hours of the appointed lesson time
You will be required to pay a penalty fee of 200 points (equal to 200 yen). - Cancel in less than 24 hours of the appointed lesson time
Depending on the cancellation reason, the tutors may charge 50% to 100% of the lesson points. Or the tutor may not charge at all. Whether or not to charge you for a cancellation is left up to the discretion of the tutors.
Please rest assured that you will be refunded all your points if the reason of cancellation is not your fault.
