    Hello,

    I'm Martin and I've been a resident in Japan for 13 years. I'm a teacher, writer, proofreader and examiner and also do some voice recording.

    I came here to work for a year, fell in love - both with the place and my future wife - and never went home. We have a ten-year-old daughter.

    I'm a keen runner, swimmer and general keep fit nut and love English football, especially Aston Villa FC.
