I never liked hurting people's feelings, even if that meant telling them the truth. In the past, I always made sure that what I say won't hurt anyone's feelings. Throughout the years I learned that it's more hurtful to lie than to tell the truth, specially when the person finds out you were lying in the first place. Tell the truth, even if they can't handle it.
